Forming workshop
The forming workshop is equipped with a full range of forming equipment including Wet Isostatic Presses(WIP),Dry Isostatic Presses9DIP),Dry Presses,and Injection Molding Machines, specializing in high-precision forming of complex ceramic green bodies. The workshop environment strictly controls temperature, humidity ,pressure gradients, and powder flowability to ensure green body density uniformity and microstructural consistency, meeting the stringent tolerance requirements of high-end fields such as electronic packaging, superhard cutting tools, biomedical implants, and nuclear components.
Wet Isostatic Presses(WIP)
Used for omnidirectional uniform densification of complex -shaped ceramic green bodies.Utilizes water medium to transmit ultra-high pressure (50-300Mp),eliminating powder stratification and density gradients, ensuring density uniformity>99.8%for large components(e.g.,nuclear reactor sealing rings).
Injection Molding Machine
Used for precision molding of ceramic components with complex microstructures.Features screw homogenization feeding and vacuum mold cavaties to eliminate bubbles, meeting the molding requirements for microporous structrues like fiber optic connectors and implantable sensors.
Dry Press Machine
Specifically designed for high-speed forming of large batches of geometrically simple green bodies.Single cycle compression<15seconds .Integrated multi-stage upper punch system allows for customized gradient density structures(e.g.,piezoelectric ceramic transducers).Capacity reaches 5000 pieces per shift.
Dry Isostatic Press
Achieves near-net-shape precision forming of ceramic green bodies. Employ elastic mold flexible pressure application for dimensional tolerance control. Suitable for thin-walled structures like multi-layer semiconductor ceramic substrates. Green body strength>30MPa.
