Sintering workshop
The sintering workshop is the core link of the ceramic production process, with a focus-on high temperature densification and performance of the ceramic green body. The workshop environment precisely controls the temperature curve, sintering atmosphere and process parameters to ensure that the micro-structure of the product is dense and the performance is stable and reliable.
Degreasing furnace
used for low temperature pyrolysis removal of organic binder from the ceramic green body. It adopts a stepped heating curve and inert gas protection (N₂/Ar)to prevent cracking and deformation for the green body, providing a pure substrate for high temperature sintering.
High temperature energy-saving lifting furnace
Core function:
Achieve ultra-high temperature densification sintering of ceramic green body in the air and controlled atmosphere.
Technical breakthrough:
Vertical lifting sealing design reduces heat loss by 40%
Multi zone independent temperature control ( Max 1800℃±3℃ )
Integrated atmosphere precise control module (O₂content < 10ppm)
Apllication value:
Suitable for batch sintering of structural ceramic of alumina and zirconium.
Key steps and technical control of ceramic sintering process
一.Ceramic green body pretreatment
Physical testing : Laser scanning of green body size tolerance (±0.1mm)
Surface treatment: plasma cleaning remove dust and enhance sintering activity.
二.Degreasing and glue-removing
Equipment:
Degreasing furance (N₂/Ar protection)
Process points:
Heating step by step: 5℃/min gradually rising to 450℃ ( to avoid stress crack )
Negative pressure pumping: Vacuum degree 10⁻²Pa, clear up all cracked gas
Excess carbon control: <100ppm ( to prevent sintering black cores )
三.High-temperature sintering
Equipment:
Multi-temperature zone energy-saving lifting furnace ( Max 1800℃ )
