Product Description

Zirconia ceramic blades are high-tech, advanced ceramic cutting tools made from nano-sized zirconia (ZrO₂) powder with stabilizers such as yttrium oxide. These blades are manufactured through high-pressure molding and ultra-high-temperature sintering (over 1400°C).

Zirconia ceramic is not a traditional clay ceramic, but rather a high-performance structural ceramic. Its microstructure, through a "phase transformation toughening" mechanism, achieves exceptional hardness while also achieving toughness superior to that of ordinary ceramics, earning it the nickname "ceramic steel."

Performance Advantages

Zirconia ceramic blades are manufactured through high-temperature sintering and precision machining, resulting in high hardness, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. They are primarily used in food processing and precision machining.

  • The Vickers hardness can reach 1250-1350 HV, second only to diamond and far exceeding any stainless steel blade (approximately 500-600 HV).
