Zirconia ceramic rotors are typically made from high-purity yttrium-stabilized zirconia (YSZ). Hunan Guoci primarily utilizes dry pressing (suitable for rotors with simple shapes), isostatic pressing (CIP) (the key to manufacturing high-performance rotors), and injection molding (suitable for rotors with extremely complex shapes, which can achieve near-net shape and reduce subsequent processing).

After high-temperature sintering, grinding, lapping, and polishing are performed to achieve final dimensional accuracy (micrometer-level) and surface finish.

Finally, 100% non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing or X-ray testing) is performed to ensure the absence of internal defects such as cracks and pores.
